i think i know why i like receiving letters from people or postcards from people who travelled.

at least, i believe that, at that point in time, you were being thought of, being remembered and most importantly, someone of significant presence in that person's life.

even for a simple letter, the someone who bothered to pen it down for you, thought about you, regardless of the content of the letter.

that is what i would like to believe at least.

if you think about it, why would you think of someone else while travelling and even bother write a postcard for a person?

so i would like to think of it in that way, because i feel very loved right now since i got a postcard from jing:)
